Planning permission for pool enclosures
On the 1st October 2008 new rules regarding permitted development will come into force. The change now means that in even more cases planning permission will not be required for a pool enclosure and even the rules relating to National Parks, World Heritage Sites and Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty are exempt in many circumstances.
Please note that you need to go to the Section "Class E" on page 6
If you have any questions regarding planning permission for your new pool enclosure our office will be pleased to clarify and explain the process for checking you particular requirements.
