Retracting Enclosures - Technical Details

The Algarve retracting enclosures are made exclusively of the highest quality components to withstand high temperature variations as well as humid, chlorinated & salty environments. The highest level of quality and reliability is instilled throughout the manufacturing process and no compromise is accepted in the choice of materials.

The enclosure is composed of telescopic modules like stackable tables that roll on the pool deck. The individual modules are moved manually or automatically to create the desired pool environment based on the season.

This ingenious structure is made of extruded aluminium profile (6060t6) specifically designed for this application and available in colours from the RAL choices.

Estival: This is the original Algarve retractable pool enclosure. A trackless Aluminium framed building glazed with toughened safety glass. It has the original Algarve guiding mechanism that allows the enclosure to be opened at any point or be fully retracted and ensures the unit always moves easily and in a straight line. On some surrounds it may require two people to open the unit.

The Estival has been retained in the range as it competes with some of the cheaper enclosures on the market without compromising on quality. The Estival is supplied in 2 roof shapes – 3 angle and 5 angle and is available either in Low, Medium and full height format. Many door options are available.

Algarve: The new Algarve has been refined and re-designed to what we believe is the best quality, best engineered product on the marker but still competitively priced. It permits the building to be trackless but still opened by one person.

There are 3 sizes of aluminium which permit the enclosure to span the smallest domestic pool through to a 21 metre span for commercial applications. There are various roof shapes, 3 angle, 5 angle, 7 angle and Olympia, the 9 angle and the curved Ondine.

All these enclosures can be manufactured as free standing, against a wall and of course, to special designs.
