Construction

Upright sections manufactured in 11cm box section white thermopainted aluminium. All glazing bars are also manufactured in thermopainted aluminium with grey rubber strips, which retain opaque 10mm thick polycarbonate roofing sheets which are 100% UVv stabilised. Side and end facades are glazed in toughened safety glass. Brush strips are built into the side edge and bottom of each section to act as weatherproofing. Nylon wheels with stainless steel roller bearings are built into the underside of each section to facilitate the sliding action along the pool surround. Each section of the enclosure is interlocked and the nylon wheels are protected by removable aluminium panels which prevent dirt and debris interfering with the sliding mechanism.
